When purchasing a voucher and having it delivered, sometimes these can get lost or even incorrect details given.

To resend a order/voucher via post or email, head over to ‘Orders’ tab on the dashboard and search the order.

Once you have found your order, click on the order number on the left hand side. This will bring up details about the order.

Click on the ‘Delivery’ tab, this will show the postal address (if purchased with a postal delivery option) and an email delivery address, or just a delivery address if purchased as an email voucher.

Here you can change the details of the recipient (address/email) and when you are happy, press resend to have these sent back out to the customer.
