To set up a new store contact and address, head over to Settings > Store Settings and then the Store Information tab.

This page will ask for some details around your store/business. Once you have filled in the information in the form, ‘store point of contact’, ‘registered address’, ‘store support email’ will all be ticked in your ‘go live’ requirements.

In the example below, I have selected ‘show’ for the email, address and phone number.


By doing this, those details will now appear in the footer of your store (shown below).
